Shipping Policy | Fast Balloon Delivery & In-Store Pickup

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing before your order is shipped.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Expedited Shipping: Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders are also processed on Monday for weekend purchases.
Local Pickup: In-store pickup orders placed over the weekend will be ready for pickup the following Tuesday.

Return & Refund Policy | Balloons2Go

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Balloons2Go. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing your order:

At Balloons2Go, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases, including in-store and online orders.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re committed to making it right when they do. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued under the following circumstances:

Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an incorrect product, we will exchange the correct item.
Missing or Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is missing from your order or was unavailable at the time of fulfillment, a refund will be issued for that product.
