We do not offer exchanges or returns. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Accuracy
If an item is accidentally left out of your order, we will promptly ship the missing product at no extra cost once confirmed.

Shipping Policy | Fast Balloon Delivery & In-Store Pickup

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing before your order is shipped.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Expedited Shipping: Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders are also processed on Monday for weekend purchases.
Local Pickup: In-store pickup orders placed over the weekend will be ready for pickup the following Tuesday.

Our goal is to ensure every order is fulfilled accurately, packaged with care, and shipped promptly so you can create with confidence.

Return & Refund Policy | Balloons2Go Orders & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Balloons2Go. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing your order:

Refunds: Refunds for returned shipped items are issued only after the product has been received at our facility and successfully processed.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the original shipping fees. Only the product cost will be refunded.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns or exchanges.
Condition of Items: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of use.
Final Sale Items:

Foil balloons and accessories
are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges: In-store purchases may be exchanged for the same brand, size, and value. Exchanges across different brands are not permitted.
Defective Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective foil balloons or accessories.

⚠️ Note: Disputing a charge for a product successfully delivered is considered fraudulent and will be addressed accordingly.
