We want you to feel confident when shopping with Balloons2Go. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

At Balloons2Go, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases, including in-store and online orders.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we're committed to making it right when they do.


When Refunds or Exchanges Are Issued

Refunds or exchanges will only be issued under the following circumstances:

Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, we will exchange it for the correct item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, we will ship the missing item at no additional cost or issue a refund for that product.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item was unavailable at the time of fulfillment and we are unable to fulfill it, a refund will be issued for that product only.


How to Report an Issue

📧 Email us at info@balloons2go.net within 3 business days of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product/packaging (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for resolution.


What Is NOT Eligible for Refund or Exchange

❌ Change of mind or buyer's remorse
❌ Items that have been used, opened, or removed from original packaging
❌ Discounted, clearance, or sale items
❌ Seasonal items
❌ Foil balloons (all foil balloon sales are final)
❌ Accessories (pumps, ribbons, weights, tools, etc.)
❌ Damaged or defective foil balloons or accessories
❌ Orders placed with the incorrect shipping method or delivery address


Shipping & Processing

Processing Times:

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement.
  • Weekend orders (Saturday/Sunday) are processed the following Monday.
  • Expedited shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) speed up transit time but do not change our processing schedule.

Shipping Delays: Once your order leaves our facility, shipping times and delays are out of our control. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued for a product, only the product cost will be refunded—shipping, taxes, and duties are not refundable.


Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

⚠️ Important Notice:

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a product that has been confirmed as delivered constitutes fraudulent activity.

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us directly at info@balloons2go.net before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.

Balloons2Go reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies for fraudulent chargebacks, including but not limited to:

  • Providing delivery proof and evidence to your financial institution
  • Banning future purchases
  • Public disclosure of fraudulent activity in accordance with applicable laws

We ask that you honor the transaction you made, just as we honor our commitment to delivering quality products and service.


In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store are subject to the same all sales are final policy as online orders.

Exchanges may be offered at the discretion of store management for the same brand, size, and value only. Exchanges for different brands, sizes, or values are not permitted.
