Processing Times
- If all items in your order are in stock, we do our best to ship your order the same day it is placed. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing before your order is shipped.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- Expedited Shipping: Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders are also processed on Monday for weekend purchases.
- If any items are unavailable or require additional preparation, your order will be shipped the following business day.

- You, as the client, have the ability to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Please select the option that best suits your needs.
Shipping Delays
- Once your order leaves our facility, shipping times and delays are out of our control. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are the responsibility of the carrier and are not within our control.

Free Shipping Policy:

• Orders ship via the most cost-effective method and take 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM) to process within our facility.

• Processing time does not include shipping time.

• Free Shipping orders may take longer to process. If you’re on a deadline, we recommend paying for shipping.

• During low order volumes, Free Shipping orders may ship faster, but please plan for 3-5 business days of processing plus shipping time.

• If you need your order sooner, call us to upgrade shipping. We’ll process the order that day, and the shipping cost will be charged.

• Free Shipping applies only to the lower 48 states; orders to Alaska and Hawaii will incur shipping fees.

• Free Shipping is available only for online orders placed by the customer and applies to U.S. addresses only.

For our local North Texas partners, we offer convenient in-store pickup at our Fort Worth warehouse. Orders placed over the weekend will be ready for pickup the following Tuesday. At Balloons2Go, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. This includes both our local Fort Worth warehouse pickups and our nationwide shipping orders. Resolution for Distribution Errors
