📦 Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped from our Texas location. We work fast so you can stay stocked for installs, events, and last-minute orders.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship across the U.S. using trusted carriers to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your Balloons2Go account anytime to check order status.

🏪 Pickup Orders

When will my pickup order be ready?

Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). You'll get a pickup notification by email as soon as it's good to go.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup orders are fulfilled at our Balloons2Go Store in Fort Worth, TX. The full address and hours will be included in your pickup notification.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes—just make sure they have the order confirmation or the name the order was placed under.

🎨 Product Questions

What brands of balloons do you carry?

We carry premium brands including Sempertex, Tuftex, Kalisan, and more. Our selection includes classic latex, pastels, metallics, and specialty finishes to elevate any install.

Do you restock popular colors?

Yes! We restock core colors often, but popular shades sell fast. Follow us on Instagram or join our email list to get first dibs on restocks and new arrivals.

Can I request a specific balloon color or size?

We're always open to hearing what you need. Shoot us a call or email and we'll do our best to bring in what you're looking for.

💳 Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple pay, and Shop Pay at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

We move fast, so changes may not be possible once your order is processed. If you need help, contact us ASAP and we'll do our best.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if they haven't shipped or been packed for pickup. Please email us immediately with your order number if you need to cancel.

🧾 Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of balloons and event products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?

We triple-check every order, but if something's off—email us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack orders securely, but if your package was damaged in transit, please contact the postal service and file a claim.
