All Sales Are Final: We do not offer exchanges or returns.
Order Accuracy: If an item is accidentally left out of your order, we will send it to you promptly at no extra cost upon confirmation.
Shipping Responsibility: We are committed to providing accurate and complete orders. However, once your package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused during transit.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship. We strive to complete all orders quickly and efficiently.

Shipping
orders placed Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following Monday,
including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. Pickup orders will be processed
the following Tuesday.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds for returned shipped items will be issued only after the product has been received at our facility and successfully processed back into our system.
Disputing a charge for a product that has been successfully delivered is considered fraudulent and will be addressed accordingly. Balloons2Go reserves the right to publicly share our experience on social media in such cases.

• Items being returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging.

• Items being returned or exchanged must show no signs of use.

• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns or exchanges.

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective foil balloons.

Items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange for the same brand, size, and value. Exchanges for different brands are not permitted.

• We are not responsible for damaged or defective accessories; these are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• All foil balloons and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
