Shipping Policy | Fast Balloon Delivery & In-Store Pickup

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing before your order is shipped.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Expedited Shipping: Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders are also processed on Monday for weekend purchases.
Local Pickup: In-store pickup orders placed over the weekend will be ready for pickup the following Tuesday.

Return & Refund Policy | Balloons2Go Orders & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Balloons2Go. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing your order:

Refunds: Refunds for returned shipped items are issued only after the product has been received at our facility and successfully processed.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the original shipping fees. Only the product cost will be refunded.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns or exchanges.
Condition of Items: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of use.

are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges: In-store purchases may be exchanged for the same brand, size, and value. Exchanges across different brands are not permitted.
Defective Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective foil balloons or accessories.
